Our indoor swimming pool, located in the Tennis Center, is a regulation 25-meter lap pool open all year for fun and exercise. We also are one of the few facilities anywhere to offer a warm-water therapy pool – great for exercising, increasing joint mobility after an injury, or just plain relaxing. In addition, we have whirlpools and dry saunas for your enjoyment.
Work Out West offers a variety of swim instruction classes for children ranging from infants to teens. We also offer adult hydro-aerobic classes as well as warm water therapy classes.
A lifeguard is on duty at the swimming pool, located in the Tennis Center, on Saturday and Sundays from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., and on all Weld County School District 6 holidays from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
An adult must accompany children under eight. When a lifeguard is not on duty, children must be at least 14 and a capable swimmer to swim without adult supervision.
American Red Cross Swimming lessons (levels I-IV) are offered year round for ages four and up in the swimming pool located in the Tennis Center. We emphasize quality with a low student to teacher ratio and experienced, certified instructors. Private and semi-private lessons also are available upon request.
Registration is required. Please call 330-6707 x1, for more information or to register. Class size is limited and classes fill up quickly.
