Biggest Loser Challenge

"Work Out West Biggest Loser Challenge - Round Three" kicks off April 9th and runs through June 15th. Join the fun at Work Out West, where members and non-members alike from our most recent Biggest Loser Challenge lost a combined 300+ pounds. Participants enjoy access to expert trainers, dietary guidance, and weekly check-ins to keep them motivated to drop the pounds.

Existing members enjoy special pricing of $249 to participate and non-members pay $349, which includes a complimentary 90-day membership. Orientation will be Saturday, April 7th at 9 am.

Contestants will receive small group personal training three times per week, monthly body measurements, biweekly weigh-ins, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins from the trainers to motivate. Participants can opt to hire a trainer for additional help with journals to track workouts and food consumption available for a nominal fee.

Participants won't be going it alone as our panel of expert trainers will lead the charge!


Pat is a certified Personal Trainer with ACSM with over 25 years of experience. He served as a US Marine for 4 years and holds many body building titles; most recently in 2008, he took the Mr. Colorado Overall Champion. Pat specializes in overall fitness with emphasis in strength and power training. He can train any client of any ability and believes that fitness is a must in everyone's life, it is never too late to start.

Kim is a FiTour Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Certified Group Exercise (AFAA) and Group Power Instructor. She is an expert in Boot Camp Training, Circuit- and Cross-Training, as well as Strength and Core Stability Training. She enjoys introducing people to her Passion of a Healthy, Safe and Fun Lifestyle of Exercise, and encourages everyone to STAY ACTIVE!

Patti is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Turbo Kick and Will Power and Grace level 2 Instructor, and Group Exercise Instructor. She specializes in working with Women, those new to fitness and those with Special Limitations (injuries, pregnancy, etc.). She uses Dynamic Training Styles in her programs to maximize calorie burn and develop balance, strength, flexibility, and core stability.

Ron is a certified Personal Trainer. "My aim is to give my clients a basic understanding of weight training and how to advance in the level of fitness they are aiming for. My training is specific to the needs and goals of each person in reference to what fitness level they desire. This training ranges from basic better health and conditioning, to top level athletes getting past a plateau and getting to the next level. Motivation and accountability are important."
