Our goal is to compliment what we’ve already mastered in the realm of fitness. Like every industry, the fitness industry is changing and our mission is to keep our members moving and motivated!
The backbone of our Studio is routinely modified 45-minute classes – targeting a different muscle group each day. For example, all of Monday is dedicated to sculpting your chest and abs. On Tuesday we will focus only on your butt and legs. By Saturday, you will have worked every muscle group in your body, and we offer one last chance to get the FULL BODY experience.
