Our indoor swimming pool is a regulation 25-meter lap pool open all year for fun and exercise. We also are one of the few facilities anywhere to offer a warm-water therapy pool—great for exercising, increasing joint mobility after an injury, or just plain relaxing! In addition, we have whirlpools and dry saunas for your enjoyment.
Work Out West offers a variety of swim instruction classes for children ranging from infants to teens. We also offer adult hydro-aerobic classes as well as warm water therapy classes.
