Grit & Grace is a 12 week specialty program for pre-teens and teens focusing on building a healthy lifestyle, the importance of staying active, the emotional/social aspects and benefits of a healthy habits, and the importance of sound nutrition and how it impacts them for life.

***We will have 10 Scholarships available for children that show good school performance***

12 week session for only $400! Kids 14 and over can use the facility for the 12 week period as part of the program

WEEK 6   JUMPING AND PASSING
WEEK 7   LATERAL MOVEMENT AND THROWING —NUTRITION EDUCATION
WEEK 8   KICKING AND RECEIVING WITH FEET 
WEEK 9   JUMPING LATERALLY AND TURNING —NUTRITION EDUCATION
WEEK 10 PASSING AND LATERAL MOVEMENT— Mental Benefits of physical activity. This class meets Thursday
WEEK 11  RUNNING AND AGILITY —NUTRITION EDUCATION
