The outdoors are my true calling; hiking, biking, and playing football; anything and everything outside, I love. From a very young age, I was always involved in some type of sport. I have been lucky enough to have amazing coaches and mentors my entire life, as well as unbelievably supportive parents. Out of all the sports that I have played, my favorite was soccer. While playing and training, I coupled soccer with weight lifting to avoid injuries. From the weight-lifting program, I was able to learn correct lifting form and how plyometrics drills could improve my soccer talent on the field as well. Soccer is what lead me to seek a career in personal training. I have coached all ages for the past 5 years; I can see the difference that my trains make helping to improve both speed and agility. I enjoy helping people and I truly love seeing their success. I believe that the earlier that you can ignite the passion for physical activities in kids, the better off they will be in the future.
