I’m a strong believer in the mind and body connection, hence why I am studying sport, exercise, and health psychology to achieve a career where I can incorporate exercise and personal training into mental health services. Everyone’s body is different, and your exercise program should be treated the same way. My mentality to training is not a “one size fits all” style. I do my best to ensure the program is tailored to your needs, goals, and body. At the end of the day, I want to help others achieve a happier/healthier lifestyle through my training and coaching!
