Introducing the NEW Studio 5701 class!

What can you expect from this class?

Well, are you not quite ready for the intense boot camp/HIIT style classes? If that’s the case, this class is for you! This class, held in a small and intimate setting, attempts to focus on weight training in combination with getting that heart rate up at a low impact level to build muscle and burn fat. Additionally, you will engage in yoga exercises!! This portion of the class will concentrate on stretching those deep connective tissues that standard stretching in our day-to-day lives does not target. There are many not only physical benefits, but also mental benefits by engaging in these types of exercises. Come and find out with personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Kolton!!!!

Out of respect for COVID-19 protocols and guidelines, stations will be spaced 6 feet apart for social distancing. The studio has its own separate entrance and we will be recording names with temperatures being taken at the door before class begins.  Classes will be kept small and are expected to fill up quickly, so claim your spot ahead of time!

When and where??

9:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays at studio 5701 (private studio in the tennis center). We are very excited for this class due to not many establishments being able to hold this type of class atmosphere and style, so we hope to see you there!!
