The staff is extra dilligent about getting your physical needs met with your lifestyle and helping you balance work and excercise. The Gym is pretty big and can definatley get busy after work hours, but There is so much equipment to choose from. The basketball courts, swim pool, suanas off a great way to get extra cardio outside of their already extraoidanry section of bikes, tredmills, and ellipticals. Work Out West is by far the premier gym in Greeley Colorado and if you are seeking a kick-butt challenge they offer some of the toughest classes in town. GET DOWN!
