WOW Sports Performance Camp
Speed is one of the most sought after attributes of sports and technique is one of the biggest contributors. In this camp each athlete will learn the exact technique required for them to be their fastest. Each athlete will become comfortable in the proper positions required for speed and gain insight into the biomechanics behind it. Time will also be taken to teach proper squats, deadlifts, and some accessory lifts to aid in speed development.
