Whether your goal is improved cardiovascular health, weight loss or improved strength, Work Out West has the equipment and programs to help you. We feature the largest selection of free weights, cardio equipment and workout programs in Greeley, and give everyone the opportunity to find the exercise program that is right for them.

Cardio Equipment

Never wait in line for your workout! Our cardio area features a wide selection of treadmills, stairmasters, step mills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, elliptical cross trainers and rowing machines to suit everyone’s needs.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a great way to get maximum results in a minimum amount of time. Work Out West provides four circuit training options. Our circuits, featuring equipment from Technogym, FreeMotion and Hoist and Strive, provide an efficient, effective strength training workout for anyone from beginners to the most advanced exerciser.

Resistance Training

Two floors of free weights and resistance-training machines accommodate the needs of anyone looking to gain strength, lean mass, increased bone density and any of the other many benefits strength training provides. Whether you enjoy working with barbells, dumbbells or machines, you’ll find whatever you need.

Basketball Court

Our full-length basketball court allows plenty of room for pick-up games as well as free shooting. The court is open during all fitness hours. Members and guests are free to utilize the courts when not in use by league play, or over crowded group fitness classes.

Noon-Ball takes place at 11:30-1:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Racquetball Courts

The two glass-backed courts in the Fitness Center are available without charge to all members. The courts may be reserved up to one week in advance. Courts are available during all fitness hours. There are challenge courts Monday and Wednesday evening from 5-8pm on both courts and Saturday morning from 9-10am on the East court only.

Indoor Track

Work Out West’s indoor track, known as “Northern Colorado’s longest”, is 1/10 of a mile in length and is great to keep you running on those days when the weather doesn’t cooperate. The rubber track helps to reduce the impact on your joints, preventing injury. Great for walking, too!


Wet Area

The wet area offers a relaxing finishing touch to your workout. With a double sided whirlpool, there is always enough room to relax. Enjoy the dry sauna and steam room too. We also are one of the few facilities anywhere to offer a warm-water therapy pool – great for exercising, increasing joint mobility after an injury, or just plain relaxing.
