I'm Anthony Delgado, a proud father, happy husband, and an enthusiastic advocate for health and wellness. Originally from Texas, I've been proud to call Colorado home for the past 7 years. For the first 6 years of my professional career, I spent that time as a heavy equipment technician in the oil & gas industry which spanned from West Texas to North Dakota, and everywhere in between. My journey into the fitness world is intertwined with my love for martial arts, which has taught me the invaluable importance of discipline, strength, and resilience. I believe that a healthier, more fulfilling life is within reach for everyone, through education and a thoughtful approach to diet and exercise. My personal training philosophy is rooted in my passion for calisthenics and functional fitness, aiming to enhance everyday life through movement. As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I'm committed to continuous education by currently pursuing a Corrective Exercise Specialization and a Women's Health Specialization. By customizing routines and scaling movements, I meet clients right where they are, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for individuals at any level. Beyond the gym, I am deeply passionate about martial arts, regularly training in Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing. My competitive spirit thrives in jiu-jitsu competitions across the Denver Metroplex, where I challenge myself and connect with the martial arts community. This discipline and dedication to martial arts deeply influence my training style and philosophy, infusing each session with a sense of purpose and dynamic energy.
